Upgrade - Place of Birth: In the Void in the ruins of an old vampire castle (To answer where I was born, I first have to talk about my biological parents.
From what I found out from my investigations my biological parents were
a vampire-hunting witch with a lineage of Phantasmal Species and an elite mercenary with an off-world lineage.
The two of them participated in the Demon Castle War, also known as the Battle of 1999, an armed conflict between the forces of good and evil that took place in the year 1999 and culminated in the utter destruction of the Dark Lord, Count Dracula.
Everyone thought they were dead and disappeared along with the castle and Dracula. But Adeline and I are alive and exist. According to my investigations, my biological parents along with part of Dracula's castle were trapped in the Void Between the Worlds.
Simply put, they are shipwrecked in the middle of space, with the ruins of the castle as their lost island. A man and a woman alone in the lost Void between the resignations, you can imagine what happened and see before you the fruit of their actions.
My and Adeline's madness could be the result of us both being born in that place or having just two "sane" people to interact with during a supposed I don't know, I don't know how Adeline and I got out of there, but in doing so, the two of us got amnesia.)

For some reason unknown to us, Saver uses some sort of Originium Arts to hide all his supposed racial traits. A remote possibility would be that he is part of a race without racial traits, but such a thing does not exist in this world.)
Upgrade (False) [Achieved through: Second Promotion] - Race: Draco-Sarkaz Chimera (This is an extreme change, Bruce who used to hide his race and not show an armband of skin, now walks barefoot through the halls wearing a tight suit that shows a lot of skin, letting everyone see his horns, wings, tail, claws and fangs. Looking closely, it turns out they are a mix of Draco and Sarkaz traits, making Saver one of the very rare Chimeras in the world. This explains why he wanted to hide his race and his paranoia towards the Sankta and Sarkaz Pure-bloods. We finally solved a mystery of the Black Cabal.)

The truth is that they are a freak of nature and a eugenics project gone bad, but so bad that they are a masterpiece impossible to replicate.
A person named Shiba wanted to create a messiah, so he created a breeding program that lasted 90 generations. If everything went according to plan, I was supposed to be a purebred, blond, golden-eyed, and without a twin sister.
Unfortunately, my paternal grandmother, generation 88, ended up running away and hiding at a young age in a place called, Chicago. Once she became a grown woman she met my paternal grandfather, a half-breed, ruining Shiva's plans.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Profile: The first traces of Bruce Bel Bahamut Belmont appear a couple of years ago in Kazimierz, when he introduced himself as Mash's manager in knight fighting tournaments.
Paradoxically, he is the best known and most unknown member of the Black Cabal.
At first, Bruce was only the manager responsible for Mash's career in Kazimierz, but using the prize money from Mash's wins he placed bets on his protégé's victory, invested money in various companies, bought numerous properties and made numerous other financial/business moves.
Within six months of his first Mash win, Bruce ended up attending elite parties among Kazimierz's wealthy and influential people, offering advice and opinions, charming the country's most important people, especially the open-minded women and men.
Soon, Bruce's business became international, not limited to Kazimierz, and he ended up being a sought-after consultant for all kinds of problems.
During that time, amidst the turmoil of business, some of the resources were sent to members of the Black Cabal who were scattered around the world.
Bruce was a great spider who created a web spanning the entire known world, pulling, cutting threads everywhere, making it difficult to understand what he really wanted.
When the Black Cabal reunited, becoming a vigilante group with their own agenda, Bruce donned the mask of Saver.
Many people on Rhodes Island were surprised to discover that behind the mask of Saver was the face of a ruthless and charming corporatist.
In the future, Warfarin would make jokes about how Saver is Batman, but instead of being Bruce Wayne by day, he's Professor Moriarty.

In the first few months before Saver was completing Operation Rhodes Island, he kept social interactions to a bare minimum. At least when it wasn't with Black Cabal members The Doctor, Amiya, and Kal'tsit.
He spent 80% of his time in the hangar aboard his personal vehicle, a VTOL modified to the point where it could be considered a spaceship.
It has been noted that Saver seems to avoid members of the Sankta and Sarkaz race, especially Sarkaz Vampires.
Such an antisocial attitude is not a surprise, other Operators such as Vulcan, Skadi, Dusk, are not sociable creatures.
Fortunately or unfortunately, one day, Nian decided to play mahjong with Saver, what exactly happened is a mystery.
But half of the hangar was on fire, the other half was frozen, and in the midst of the chaos were Saver and Nian playing mahjong.
The next day, it became common to see Saver and Nian challenging each other to board games inside the Engineering Department.
This allowed Saver to see the work of Mayer, Magallan, Eunectes and Vulcan, which piqued his scientific interest.
It turns out that Saver is not only a skilled trader, capable of running numerous operations at the same time, but is also a high-level scientist/craftsman/artist.
Since then, Saver has spent 50% of his time in the Engineering Department as a consultant, providing valuable technical assistance and founding projects.
The Engineering Department members were surprised when the Famous Ice King melted, revealing an eccentric "Kuutsundere" scientist/artist with several passions and tendencies to do crazy experiments.
[Rhode Island encourages its members to interact with each other during work and leisure time.
But for once it would have been better to let this operator remain asocial, instead of having him interact with others. We would have fewer headaches and unreasonable requests.

From what we've seen, Saver fights using his modified walking stick, a whip, a ceremonial dagger, and a pistol.
Unfortunately, we haven't had much opportunity to study Saver's fighting style, as he's often limited to a support role.
The reason for the lack of active engagement is simple.
Saver is almost always accompanied by a Servant and/or one of his Seven Witches, doing the bulk of the physical work, leaving Saver to handle the strategies, tactics, logistics, detective work, etc.
Basically, a cooperation between brain and muscles.
When there are no Servants, Witches or Operators around, Saver uses his pets, aka the Five Sacred Beasts, as Astolfo calls them, but so far we've only seen two of them.
Carmen The Crow, a blue-eyed female crow, who can apparently use fire Originium Arts on command, many speculate that she is either well trained or not just a crow as she pretends to be.
Asuka Vritra, a strange ferret who according to Mash has the personality and vices of a certain cat named Vritra, a strange ferret, who according to Mash, has the personality and vices of a certain cat named Garfield. Vritra displays the ability to use Originium Arts of Wind and possesses an enlarged stomach inside, which is used as a storage for weapons and other items for Saver.
The common opinion on Rhodes Island is that Saver is an "officer" and not a "soldier", being weak without his subordinates, a bit like the Doctor.
This popular opinion is based on a lack of information.
There is a reason why Saver is an Operator Caster and not an Operator Supporter, he proves to be one of the most powerful Casters on Rhodes Island when he wants to.
In high-risk situations that could compromise the success of an important Operation or the possibility of losing the lives of team members or when facing a worthy opponent, Saver begins to engage.
In these dire scenarios, Saver demonstrated the ability to use Originium Arts of Darkness, Wind, Lightning, Water, Earth, Fire, and Ice, along with summons of various types.
Those who have seen Saver go on a rampage have described him as an Archmage from a fantasy book or the reincarnation of the Witch King of Leithanien.

Although Saver possesses considerable firepower, he only uses it when he finds something or someone that interests him or is forced to by circumstances.
Normally, he limits himself to a supporting role, using "simple tricks", but when he gets the chance, he takes up his ceremonial dagger and uses his infamous personal Originium Arts.
At first glance, it appears that Saver has a Mephisto-like ability to manipulate the living and the dead via the Originium particles within their bodies.
In fact, Saver is scarier than Mephisto and his use of this ability has alarmed some people (Kal'tsit).
Saver explained that he is a Devil Forgemaster, a human or part-human who has been trained in the dark arts and, like his namesake, possesses the ability to create and forge demonic and evil creatures.
Upon asking Mash and Astolfo for more details, it turned out that a "Forgemaster" is not only trained in black magic, but also in the arts of alchemy and spiritual metaphysics, and is able to create magical weapons and arsenals from raw materials and materials of any kind, as well as create magical living beings with the forbidden knowledge in their possession.
Their creations are called "Innocent Devils", creatures conjured and born from the darkness, ranging from the original and self-realized, to the formerly deceased and resurrected.
All created beings have an absolute and unswerving loyalty to their respective Forgemaster and grow in power through battle and destruction.
We don't know how much of these words are myth or reality, but many people have seen how Saver turns the corpses of his enemies into obedient zombies or scary monsters.
[Creating an army of the undead and blacksmithing skills that surpass the limits and capabilities of ordinary people. And I was a woman who thought we had in common only a love of board games and a big complicated family. Maybe I should extend my stay on Rhodes Island and see what else Saver has in store. But he has done more good than harm, many of his other abilities are more "heroic", unfortunately Senpai loves to fight and where there is conflict there are corpses, which are practically building materials for him.

Saver: The second woman was actually a 13 year old girl, Luz, my first best friend, she lent me all her books and comics, thanks to her I discovered Batman, Sherlock Holmes and Solo Leveling.

Saver:You are wrong Doctor. The third woman is called Sora, she was a being who lived several centuries. For some time that I do not want to explain, she secretly taught me how to use my gifts, as well as helping me understand who my ancestors were. Thanks to her I discovered that I was a Belmont and a direct descendant of Morgan Le Fay.

Saver: She is one of my closest confidants, without life and death circumstances you will not meet her. Sora convinced me to put aside the idea of being a Serial Killer.

One day Saver invited Doctor, Warfarin and Nian into his room to play… a card game native to wherever his homeland is.
The game is called Nexus Battle, a simple collectible card game where players take on the role of a Planeswalker, a kind of super-wizard who travels across the multiverse, obtaining new weapons, new spells, new summons, and new companions.
After some explanations, mock games and real games, Saver gave a deck of personalized cards to his three guests.
The Warfarin deck contained a very rare card from a new edition, featuring a Planeswalker companion, a Female Vampire Scientist.
Nian's deck contained a very rare companion card, the Avatar of a Dragon Goddess with power over metals.
The Doctor's deck also contained a rare companion card, a tactical genius who hides his face behind a mask and hood.
The three decks of cards that Saver had given to his three guests were completely unique, having no cards in common except one, the card of a Planeswalker, a Necromancer dressed in an elegant black suit.
Saver received some strange looks, but his guests didn't say anything, leaving his room after a few games of Nexus Battle.
On a minor note, Saver's deck contains summons that resemble his Servants, his Witches, and certain Operators from Rhodes Island.

Description Battle 4: Saver uses his ceremonial dagger surrounded by mystical flames to strike the target's heart, it transforms into a monstrous creature that begins attacking others.
