Early the next day after Cain gathered the group of Jedi, and shared his heretical views and ideas. Cain made his way to the temples workshop to see a very old droid.
"Professor Huyang." Cain said. "It is good to see you after so long."
Huyang was in the middle of cataloging saber hilt parts for the next group of younglings for the Gathering. When he heard Cain arrive he stopped and tuned around quickly.
"Ahh... Padawan Cain. To what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?"
"I came because I heard your one of the people who have to grant permission in order for someone to use Tarre Vizsla's holocron."
Huyang was quiet for a moment.
"I haven't heard that name in a very long time. Tell me Cain did you finally learn the truth?"
Cain's mind suddenly started to think a hundred times faster, after hearing that question?
Did hyuang know I was a descendant of Tarre?
No that should be almost impossible even with DNA test after thousands of years.
I makes no sense how he know's or does he mean something else?
"....Huyang do you mean me being a descendant of Tarre Viszla?"
"Of course I do padawan Cain. What else could I possibly mean?"
....Okay now I am even more confused.
"Professor, how do you know I am a descendant of Tarre Viszla?"
"Because he told me so padawan."
Cain's eyes widen in confusion from Huyang's statement.
"Wait wha..."
Before Cain could finish the question the door to the temples workshop hissed open. And through it walk Mace Windu.
"Padawan Cain I will have a word with you." Mace said sternly.
I was surprised to Mace so soon, but before I could say anything Huyang placed a hand on my shoulder and said. "Use the pearl and the ingot, they will point the way."
I glanced at Huyang confused. But I decided to bow and not keep Windu waiting any longer.
Mace walked Infront of me through the Jedi temple without saying a word. As we passed more and more Jedi and younglings looked at me. The word must have gotten out about me trying to start my own order among other things.
Mace led me to a sparring training chamber. As we walked in Master Cin Drallig, Depa Billaba, were there.
I was confused. I though I was gonna be taken to the high council chambers.
"Master,... what's going on here?"
Mace paused his back turned to me before turning around to speak to me. "What's going on Padawan, Is that I want you to explain yourself....I have heard of your so called visions of the Sith in the Republic, and how their is some great change coming to the galaxy. You even correctly predicted that there was a Sith alter under the temple. So now I am giving you the chance to explain yourself to me and not the council."
Well this is surprising. I never would have thought Mace would have let me explain myself. I wounder why he is letting me talk?
"Master what is the point of this?"
"The point of this padawan is I need to get to the bottom of your so called visions. If I can conclude that what your are saying is the truth then I will believe you."
"And if you don't believe me?"
"Then I will call you and your master, and master Fay to the Jedi council. And depending on what their decree is.... You three could be expelled from the order."
So basically this is the trail before the trial.
"....And if I refuse?"
Cin Drallig and Depa looked at each with a concerned look on their faces. They didn't how Mace was going to respond.
"Then padawan I will conclude that your actions are heretical and a betrayal of the Jedi code. And I will take you before the council for their deliberation."
Cain felt something in the force. It was feint but something was. He didn't know what it was but he definitely felt something.
"Master. Everything you heard was true."
Mace's stoic expression didn't change when he heard that. So I continued.
"I don't know what was exaggerated or lost in translation, but everything your heard was true. I will be leaving the order at some point. I will be going to Tython and creating a new order, as well as a new government. My order will allow attachments and the ability to learn different sides of the Force in moderation. And I will wage a war on crime and slavery throughout the galaxy."
Mace looked at Cain deeply. His shatterpoints started to slowly disappear more and more. Mace didn't know what was going on. But he did know that he had to stop Cain before it was to late.
"Padawan Cain, you say that everything I heard for the most part is true, and your not afraid of being expelled from the order?"
"Yes master and no I am not afraid of being expelled from the order."
"Why padawan. After everything you accomplished you would just throw it away? I could understand if you were a Master with decades of experience. But your only 14 years old and a padawan. Why do you think you know better then the order and the Jedi council?"
Cain suddenly began to feel the tremor in the Force more then before. I was like a tiny quake. Cain didn't know what was going on but, he felt like he had to keep going.
"Master Windu, I have suggestion. Instead of talking with our words, let's talk with our blades."
Cain then unclipped his saber hilt from his side.
"So what do you say master?"
Depa and Drallig was surprised by Cain's request and then Mace spoke.
Depa, and Master Drallig will you both reside over this conversation?"
Cin Drallig and Depa both Nodded.
Then Depa spoke to Cain. "Cain are you sure you want to do this?"
"I am sure Depa. I will let my techniques and lightsaber do my talking."
"Well said Padawan." Mace said nodding
I know I can't beat Mace in a duel, I just hope my emotions reach him through the Force. This isn't about winning it's about a conversation without words. I will let my intent flow through my body.
Then with a sudden burst Cain and Mace ignited their lightsabers. Amethyst on one side. Gold with black hue on the other.
With out saying a word the two took their stances. And in a calm second they're blades collided send a small pulse throughout the room.
