3 days have passed since the dimensional gate incident above New York
In the perspective of ordinary people the event that occurred was another dimensional catastrophe that the authorities kept quiet about another one of those things that did not need much attention because it did not affect daily life much
No injuries no deaths buildings houses structures properties both governmental private and personal were not damaged businesses in the middle of Times Square continued operating as usual
But this time what was unusual was. . . no one could leave the territory of New York !
And the radio network and internet signals were cut off too !!
Fortunately the basic utilities electricity water gas still worked normally
But for everyone's safety the authorities announced for everyone to gather at various evacuation centers to make care easier and to avoid unexpected incidents again with patrol teams on duty 24 hours
Most citizens cooperated well maybe except for criminals and the underground people who all went into hiding
The state of New York during the past 3 days therefore looked like a deserted city cut off from the outside world
Anyone who tried to step out of New York's territory would "freeze" in the air their body stiff unable to move forward or backward heartbeat stopped no breath yet the body appeared normal without tissue decay as it should be surprising doctors and all officials greatly
Even objects of all kinds imaginable solids liquids gases when launched beyond the invisible boundary roughly estimated by sight at that point anything that touched it would stop still in midair immediately so the officials put up barriers to prevent more people from getting stuck there already over 200 people
All government agencies held a joint discussion and concluded that they would search for the mysterious group of people who appeared in the sky to question and find out what happened however no one or any video evidence saw the faces of these people at all !
Even the memories of officials near Times Square who were so sure so confident that they remembered the faces of these people now became vague they remembered only that they wore white masks no faces eyes noses mouths even the hairstyles could not be seen !
They assumed they must have been hit with memory erasure or alteration technology and became even more suspicious

I sat resting my chin on the dining table eating corn cereal dried fruit with almond milk for breakfast while watching the floating screen that combined technology and sorcery developed by disciples of the Sanctum within just 3 months since the incident with the intruders from the same dimension as ABX-157 they could already hack into the city's CCTV network and display it through magic
Outside time passed only 3 days but in this New York Sanctum. . . 2 years had passed !

The Time Stone can play with time in countless ways as one wishes as long as the user has enough concentration imagination patience and perseverance they can control time as easily as spinning a pen in hand moving it left right drilling in perfect 360-degree spirals as if each finger had a life of its own
But this spinning was spinning hundreds thousands of pens simultaneously within a single second with only one hand
It required focus of that level muscles tendons bones nerves of excellence to withstand doing things that broke natural laws physics and the limits of space-time
Which I. . . could play with time in only 3 forms at once. . . for now
One was expanding a field around New York preventing people inside from leaving outsiders from entering and cutting off all signals
Two was setting around the New York Sanctum making time inside move much slower outside 3 days inside 2 years
And three. . . outside the territory of New York time did not move at all
It was a 3-layered boundary outside time stopped inside New York time moved 72 hours inside the New York Sanctum time moved 3 years
Besides that I also altered many things with the power of Ope Ope such as people's memories in New York making no one remember the disciples' faces
Actually there was memory-erasing magic but it had too many side effects the important thing was. . .
Magic still could not be used inside New York's territory !
The mysterious energy waves from another world that counter magic here still lingered across 300 square miles I just figured out how to handle it when I put sugar cubes into the black coffee Wong brewed to close the breakfast meal

How did I know it worked because in the New York Sanctum portals to other worlds could still be opened by setting protective wards making the anti-magic waves unable to interfere inside so magic could still be used within the Sanctum but only through artifacts or other tools since the bodies affected by anti-magic waves even after 2 years still could not use magic
Not sure why but I was about to solve this problem after leaving it for 2 years inside the Sanctum 3 days in New York and a fraction of a second in the outside real world
By compressing the anti-magic waves around New York into a small round ball like a sugar cube !
Actually I had been thinking of doing something like this before just that my power was not yet enough to handle it 100% but after 2 years of training the power was now sufficient to do it without fear of leaving anti-magic residue across the city
But now even if some remnants remained the disciples of the New York Sanctum were. . . unfazed even without magic their physical strength was at Captain America's level and with the art of moon-walking combined with the flash step it was hard for normal people or any secret agents to catch up hard to be ambushed by gunfire with Observation Haki to dodge and even if hit they had Iron Body or Armament Haki to protect themselves
