"Maybe a little," she said honestly. "Your gums might feel tingly or funny. But that means your new teeth are on the way."
Boo lifted his fingers. "Teacher… Boo lost TWO teeth before. Boo swallowed them. Boo worried Boo would grow teeth in tummy."
Alina blinked. "Boo… no, that cannot happen."
"Oh…" Boo relaxed. "Good."
Felix tilted his head. "Teacher… do fox cubs lose teeth too?"
"Yes, Felix," Alina said warmly. "Everyone loses baby teeth. Wolves, foxes, dragons, vampires, merfolk, ghosts with physical forms—everyone."
Luna raised her hand proudly. "Teacher, when I lose teeth, I bury them. My mom says it brings strength."
"That's a lovely tradition," Alina smiled.
Rocky raised his hand. "Teacher… will my teeth fall?"
Alina nodded gently. "Yes, Rocky. Even stone babies lose their baby stones."
Rocky gasped dramatically. "I will… crumble?"
"No, sweetheart," she laughed softly. "Just the tiny teeth stones. Not the whole Rocky."
He sighed in relief. "Okay."
