Danielle slowly pushed the door open. Dragging her feet unwillingly, she stepped inside before quietly asking, "Yes, sir? What can I do for you?"
Although she was speaking to him, her eyes never once lifted from the floor. She simply stared at the polished tiles beneath her shoes.
Seeing that, Asher couldn't help chuckling. "What color clothes am I wearing?"
Hearing the sudden question, Danielle instinctively looked up.
The moment her eyes landed on him, she saw the familiar green military uniform fitted perfectly around his tall figure.
His posture was straight, his shoulders broad, and the neatly ironed uniform somehow made his already cold appearance look even more imposing.
