The deep and echoing voice of the Black Emperor God rumbled the skies and shook the floor that he was standing upon.
"I know exactly what you wish to do in order to fulfil your master's wish like a dog wagging its tail," clapped back the God of Sages drinking wine in a fancy glass.
He sat down on the long golden dining table as he was on one end and the Black Emperor God sat down on the other end of the table.
"'He' and your 'He' were always bitter enemies weren't they?" questioned the God of Sages.
"We are gods meant to serve the Astral Deities above us," said the Black Emperor God, not budging from his claim.
"Ugh, I hate people like you and I lost my memory," laughed the God of Sages.
"I can tell. If it was the old you, we'd already be in an apocalyptic duel," responded the Black Emperor God.
"To answer your question, I am making the kid follow his roots, no matter what happens there's only one outcome I see happening," explained the God of Sages.
"Don't you want your Pantheon Head back? Why are you helping another futile mortal reach his status and wasting energy helping his damned fate?" asked the Black Emperor God.
"How long will we go without a leader? 'He' will never return no matter how long our fellow pantheon members believe it's the harsh truth isn't it?" said the God of Sages.
The Black Emperor God did not speak further and there was a dull heavy silence in the grand banquet hall.
"You'd rather let the kid become your servant just like Xu was rather than make the kid our leader isn't that right? I can see where you're coming from an enemy getting more powerful stings you," said the God of Sages.
"You'd do the same bastard," replied the Black Emperor God.
"Oho, we are Gods you know? Steady with the language," replied the God of Sages.
The Black Emperor stood up after shattering a golden plate on to the ground. The plate turned pale and dark with his touch as every footstep he made towards the exit darkened the mere space around him wilting and withering everything.

"Xeno! Call Xu for me please! It's lunch time," said Xu's mother.
"Yes aunty!" said Xeno as he went to go to call Xu.
Once Xeno called Xu they both came back running to the Maximillian Mansion and Xu's mother stood outside the front door and scolded Xu for a minute for being late to lunch while Xeno stood beside Xu chuckling to himself.
"Mom!" said Xu as his mother was walking inside the house.
"What is it, love?" asked Xu's mother.
"Can you feed me today? I feel tired from playing in the sun," asked Xu.
Xu's mother sighed and then put on a faint smile which warmed Xeno's heart.
"Still acting like a child! Xeno you also come, have lunch with us," said Xu's mother softly and her voice was filled with kindness.
And so Xu's mother fed Xu and Xeno as they stole each other's turn to be fed and fought over who gets to eat the next bite and was fed by Xu's mother next. After feeding the two, Xu's mother washed both of their mouths and her hands before patting the both on their head and ruffling their hair.
"Even after a hundred years, you both should stay together like this, like brothers even though you're not related, ok?" said Xu's mother.
"Hahaha obviously! This kid is stuck with me," said Xeno.
"Kid? You're only a day older than me!" fought back Xu as they both went running into the courtyard and garden to play.
In the present,
"This brings nostalgia," thought Xeno.
Xeno with his hands in his pockets and the wind currents gushing forward stood in front of the place that once had the mansion, the courtyard, and the garden.
Meanwhile,
A ferocious wave of soul energy started to pour up into Azer's hand as the aura emitted from his soul turned into a pure red blood like color.
"This guy can do what now?" thought Chiro.
Chiro quickly jumped backwards and put up 'Taurus Wall' this time with more durability and time and Azer started to unleash a barrage of attacks on Chiro.
With 'Scorpius Sense', 'Gemini Adaptability', 'Taurus Wall' and 'Essence' running in the background it was heavily draining and taxing even Chiro's giant well of soul energy. Along with straining his mind. It was obvious he could not contain 'Taurus Wall' at such a high quality shield rate for longer therefore he quickly cut 'Taurus Wall' and 'Essense' as a gamble.
With 'Taurus Wall' shattering on purpose, Azer lunged towards Chiro with one brutal barrage of attacks boosted by his negative soul energy and 'Aries Wrath'.
However, as soon as 'Essense' was cut, Azer jumped back as he started to realise that Chiro had adapted to the effects of 'Blank' and that he would soon adapt to the negative soul energy that is innate to his body.
Now the two were in a state of standstill where neither could fight each other without a plan as they both started to think as quickly as possible. However, since Chiro Zanami was Chiro Zanami he quickly used the freed up soul energy well to quickly turn on his own 'Aries Wrath' as Azer smirked and the two started to exchange blows both equal in power. They sprinted across the forest moving at mach-two speeds and destroying multiple trees and causing unfixable damage to their surroundings with their fists.
However, there was a slight catch as Chiro was slowly adapting to Azer's negative soul attacks meaning they were not as useful against him as they were before and he also adapted to 'Aries Wrath:- Negative' meaning Chiro was actually inflicting more damage than Azer at the moment.
Azer, who noticed this, instantly knew that even he had to start using 'Gemini Adaptability' as well therefore he 'copied' Chiro's innate technique and corrupted it turning into his. With this perfect counter they continued to equal blows and counter each other with symphony and a fight so brutal like a massacre yet so beautiful like a ballet dance.
"I never wanted to speak to someone more than you," said Azer smirking as he exchanged attacks over and over again.
"Same can be said for me, you're the first person I've met who's actually catching up with me," praised Chiro.
"Now let me show you the pinnacle of 4th Dimension Sorcery," said Azer.
Chiro paused for a minute as he used the momentum from his constant velocity and pushed himself backwards to create space between him and Azer. He got prepared for what was going to happen next.
"Soul Realm:- Negative Matter Room," said Azer as their surroundings completely shifted to a dark room where everything was nothing more than black and pitch darkness consumed everything.
In a 'Soul Realm' the user takes the picture of their soul and paints it by surrounding their soul to the real word, completely drenching their surroundings with their soul, creating a pocket dimension where time and space have no coherent value and only the user's soul exists. All attacks used by the user are amplified by a great extent while their soul energy well is also amplified and the damage taken is almost nullified completely as this is a game-win button for most complete sorcerers back in the Old Era. However as time passed and the new sorcerers became weaker with the lack of threats this technique had fully been forgotten in the New Era.
24 hours since the commencement of the Colosseum Chronicles,
There are only four-hundred remaining participants in the Chronicles as Colony 6 has the least amount of remaining players with a low total of only ten. Once there is only one player remaining in a colony they can either choose to leave said colony and Northguard City altogether this time with freedom even if they were a revived being or they could choose to join another colony of their choice. Additionally, once you murder someone with multiple amounts of souls their souls get added up with the amount of souls you're currently carrying.
The current standings throughout Northguard City are:-
