If Vegapunk was determined to die, tying him up and dragging him away would not change anything.
"Captain, are we really going to just watch him die?" Gaino asked, appearing at Ryuunosuke's shoulder, confused.
"Vegapunk has too many useful things. Letting him die is a waste."
"Even if he dies," Ryuunosuke said calmly, "he won't be completely dead."
From Vegapunk's gaze just now, Ryuunosuke already understood his purpose.
This man was terrifyingly brave.
On the other side, Lilith watched Ryuunosuke get pushed away by Vegapunk, and confusion appeared on her face for the first time.
This was outside her understanding.
"If Lady Lilith intends to kill me, then so be it!" Vegapunk shouted.
