Chapter 5 - Deja Vu

Dajah felt the ringing in her head get louder every minute. She squinteed her eyes and attempted to dhift her body but was unsucessful. She lay on the floor as the blood siped through the wound in her head, She felt her eye begin to close slowly, then a loud "crash" broke out besides her. Her breathing slowed down, then stopped.

"Dajah, wake up!" Dajah slowly lifted her head from her desk and rubbed her eyes. "Do you think that it's okay to sleep in my class. " the teacher said as she violenty hit Dajah's desk.

Dajah strecth her hands and yawned in an attempt to chase away the sleep. She nodded "no" but her eyes seemed far too droppy to care about what the techer had to say. The teacher shook her head and was just about to walk away when Dajah spoke up. "I'm sorry Miss. I tried to stay awake, but from what I remeber, you've taught this before."

The teacher looked at Dajah and tulted her head. then, the rest of the students stared at her as well. A girl in a purple shirt spoke up. "Dajah, this is your first day here. How would she have taught this today?"

Dajah's eyes widened and her ears began to ring. She lifted her hands to her ears and began violently hitting them. Then she began to scream. The sounds from her mouth sounded inhumane. Dajah's ears began to bleed and she dropped to the floor. and she felt her vision dull. Dajah forced herself to her feet and began walking towards her teacher, but her teacher stepped back with trembling feet. Dajah looked around the class room and saw a door with stairs leading to it. Dhe made her way to it and placed her hands on the first step. Dajah then lifted her feet onto that step and continued the process until she eventually made it to the third step. Dajah propelled her body out the door, and felt her body fall downwards rapidly.

Then she gasped deeply and her eyes shot open. She felt pain all over her body, but was glad that the ringing was gone. Dajah smiled softly and sighed. Then her brows furrowed and she felt the pain in her ears again. The ringing began again but now, the pain was gone. She saw her body lying on congrete with blood trailing next to her ears and the top of her head. Dajah fell to her knees and began to sob but no tears fell from her eyes and she felt her throat seize up.
