"Really?" Giselle looked at Zoey suspiciously. "Zoey, is that true?"
Before Zoey could answer, Kayla interrupted. "Of course! Mommy won't dislike the food that I like."
While rubbing her temples, Zoey said, "Giselle, Kayla is just fooling around. Just cook two or three of your signature dishes and leave the rest to the cook."
Upon hearing that, Giselle gritted her teeth and said with great determination, "Zoey, it's okay. I can do it." Because she was fond of Zoey, Giselle planned to give it her all to win Zoey's favor. "I'm gonna go prepare the food now. Just look forward to it. Once you've eaten the dishes I made, I guarantee you'll want to eat them again in the future. I'm sure you'll like them." Before leaving, Giselle didn't forget to boast about her cooking skills.
Zoey thought that Giselle was adorable. She wasn't arrogant and capricious like the daughters of other wealthy families.
"Okay," Zoey answered with a smile.
