"Well, aren't you?" Charles raised his chin and glared at her. "Even though I was taught to respect women since I was young, I couldn't bring myself to compliment you. A woman like you who acts like she's above others is not attractive in any way, not to mention you're foul-mouthed and full of jealousy."
"You-" Nora stammered.
"What? You wanna fight me now?"
Charles rolled up his sleeves. "Come at me. I'm not scared."
Although he was usually not the type to get into an argument with someone, he tended to lose his rationality when it came to issues related to Zoey.
