"Aren't you afraid of hurting her feelings?"
"What if she cries?"
Margaret observed Julian's expression and asked curiously.
She found it weird that Julian should agree to turn Jessie down without any hesitation.
Julian's gaze shifted from his phone to Margaret's face.
He asked, "Aren't you the one who asked me to do so?"
Margaret couldn't deny that.
"Since when have you been so obedient to me?"
Margaret blamed him, muttering.
In her relationship with Julian, he was always the one in the lead, and she just followed.
It was natural that she felt uneasy and unbelievable when Julian agreed to do as she told.
"I don't know how I can satisfy you if you are not content with me obeying or disobeying you."
Margaret was depressed to hear that.
Although she was happy that Julian was willing to listen to her opinion, his attitude was really hateful.
