Both of the partially transformed golden Dragon and the Vile Demon clashed in a relentless flurry of punches. Their fists clashing against one another, and so was the clash between the two opposing energies they wielded.
But their clash has been primarily physical so far. And Axel was clearly the one getting pushed back, with each of the punches he took from the Dragon Prince, his hands were horribly disfigured, bones broken and shattered. But the endless flood of demonic energy tainting his injured hands healed the parts of his body again.
Then he punched again and again and again, continuously non-stop. Each time, the demonic energy healed his body, making it stronger. The next time, the more injuries he was getting, the more the power and potency of the demonic energy were increasing in a similar proportion.
