Morin stood in front of the Nomrad mansion, analyzing its structure. He had to admit that despite the small scale of the abode, there was an ancient air to the whole area, and powerful enchantments that strongly protected it, so he couldn't see through, and if he tried to push it too hard.
Something bad might happen. So, he let that matter rest and walked closer to the gate. The guard looked at him with weariness until he recognized who the person was; he stuttered, "Young Lord Morin."
Morin nodded, stating his request without much fanfare, "I wish to meet Axel Nomrad."
The guard was quite flustered, for he did not know what to do; he was not supposed to let someone in without permission, but the man standing in front of him was mighty. If he unknowingly offended this figure, it could cause much bigger trouble.
