I'm gonna be honest. I don't care if it's Power Fantasy for guys, it's fun as hell to watch, whether it's the Alan Ritchson Amazon show, or the Tom Cruise movies.

-Afternoon, Kuoh Town-
As much as I would like to drag it out, I already knew where Kokabiel's goons[1] would be.
-wham!-
I just drove my fist through the heart of a Fallen and filled their body with [Holy Power], causing them to explode before turning to dust.
'I should probably name that technique.' I thought.
And even if I didn't, with my advanced physique and mental faculties, I could properly predict where they might be.
And even if I didn't want to do any of that, I had some trustworthy compadres alongside me.
---Enter Skoll, and Hati.
Skoll stood with a group of Fallen and Stray Exorcists crumpled around her, with their blood staining her dark grey hair and maid outfit, and Hati stood nearby with an equally disheveled and stained butler vest.
"We've found the location, boss!" Skoll said as her golden eyes shone violently.
"Yeah, we also found the location of Valper Gallilei, Master." Hati smiled with a sharp glint in his deep silver eyes.
"Good job, you two." Like a good boss, I ruffled their wolf ears as they responded well to my touch.
This would've been a weird sight to see, but the people of Kuoh were long accustomed to folks who look like 'cosplayers' walking around their streets.
Not to mention that the streets were eerily empty because the plot was happening right now.
'Ah, my loyal minions. How glad I am that I followed Vali when he wanted to capture Fenrir way before the canon schedule.'
[They are pretty useful, Host.]
'And thank you for helping with their training.' I thanked Asterios, my fated partner sitting in [Chaos Labyrinth Crown], my supercool and special OC Sacred Gear, as though I captured these two a while ago, their training was mostly done by tossing them into Asterios' Labyrinth dungeon and letting the fabled minotaur have his way with them.
"Now, to find Valper Galilei and drain him of his knowledge."
I didn't need the [Light Container] that helps make Holy Sword wielders; rather, I was interested in the near decade of knowledge Mr. 'Evil Church Man' had.
As for that thing, since Yuuto's a bro I personally help train and get stronger, I have no issues, handing that thing over for him to destroy.
'Thinking about the long-term, I am.'
And so I left with my entourage in tow.

-Kuoh Town Outskirts-
If there's one thing Kuoh keeps proving, it's this;
'Things never get boring around here for too long.'
Even if a certain Mahou-Shoujo overseer scares away most of the riffraff.
"So, you're here too, Serafall."
"Of course, I am, Dai-tan! Work never ends in this Karoshi[2]-loving society!"

And she's even dressed in this dark green suit with a pink ascot and brown boots!
Guess she really is serious about this.
Also, Dia-tan doesn't have a nice ring to it...
"We had to see just what Kokabiel is up to now." Gabriel said with furrowed brows.
In front of us was this Fallen that I planned on interrogating 'Jack Bauer' style, until these two showed up.
"Daichi Michinaga, was it?" The Fallen, leading the group of stray Exorcists and Fallen said. "You're the Human Kokabiel warned us about. The one trying to make another Faction."
"[EXCEED]? It's more a group of like-minded supernatural individuals who hang out together..."
Besides, I haven't even done anything crazy with those fellas yet, so how does Kokabiel know about that?
"We... We should've killed you a long time ago... In that forest..."
This fella. Is he talking shit to me because he can't say anything to Gabriel and Serafall beside me?
"That so?"
[Sensitivity Manipulator x10]
I gave him a soft flick to the forehead.
-flick!-
"Aaaarrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhh---!"
I didn't waste any more time after hearing about my past in this world that I didn't even know of.
So instead of waiting for him to finish thrashing about, I used another ability of the [Ero-Crest] on him.
[Hypnosis]
"…You picked the wrong neighborhood," I said, rolling my shoulders. "Plus, you already lost."
"Stay still, and tell me what I need to know, okay?"
"What was it about what you said earlier?"
"I don't know... You were a target that had to be killed..."
"That's all you know? Tch."
Walking forward, I grabbed the leader of this ragtag group of rebels by the scruff of his collar and questioned him nicely like I was a vigilante in a bat costume.
"Kokabiel. Where is he!" I growled in an authoritative low voice, which was definitely natural.
"Hehe.. You guys are too late... Kokabiel-sama… plans to start another Great War…"
And with that being said, the temperature around us came to a standstill.
"He's in a rush... because the different factions are after him... He got his hands on something really nice... Something that can change the scales of power itself..."
"How so? What else did he do?" I already knew, but I asked since Serafall was right next to me.
"Vali Lucifer was sent after him..." The Fallen said.
"That's not what I asked---"
"Also, the Norse Faction has sent Thor after him, following The Vatican sending Dulio Gesualdo, and then Shiva-sama keeping a close eye on him..."
"Bullshit." I said.
Kokabiel was strong, yes. But he wasn't at the level where heavy hitters like Shiva would be looking his way because of his little world war plans.
Besides, Shiva currently isn't even interested in war with Indra, so who the hell is Kokabiel?
Things seem to be going crazy, but then this Fallen had to drop the verbal bomb in this 'conversation' of ours.
"…He also plans... to kill the heirs… of the Gremory and Sitri clans…"
-dooom!-
And now the pressure spiked as the temperature lowered glacially.
"…and ignite conflict between Heaven, Hell, and the Fallen once more…"
"..."
"..."
And then...
-freeze!-
-crack!-
I didn't even bother turning around.
Serafall's power surged as ice engulfed the Fallen completely, before shattering him to more than a million pieces.
"…That's a dumb plan," Serafall said flatly.
"It sure isn't a nice plan." Gabriel nodded.
Neither of the two looked impressed or pleased with what they heard.
"People who can't let go of the past always make the same mistakes." I rubbed the back of my neck in annoyance.
"I'll arrange a meeting with the other Maou." Serafall exhaled slowly. "This needs to be addressed before it escalates into an all-out war in Kuoh Town."
"And I'll talk to Michael, and get the others to talk too!" Gabriel nodded.
"I live here, so I'll help make sure my home doesn't get torn apart by some wannabe warlord."
"Okay." Serafall nodded as she crossed her arms. "I don't like saying it, but the Excalibur fragments will remain with the exorcists. They're not a priority anymore."
"Those two exorcists can handle that."
"Got it." I said as I stepped closer to her and placed her hands in mine.
"Relax," I said.
Serafall froze, but not from the cold.
"Don't worry, with me helping you, I believe we'll be all fine." I smiled. "That being said, I would like something in return."
"And what's that?"
"The abandoned church in Kuoh. Let me renovate it."
For what?" Serafall asked.
"Future plans."
Serafall stared at me, and then at Gabriel, and then at me again.
"…Fine. But if this turns into something weird---"
"---Which it won't, because the girl I'm putting in charge is actually very virtuous and hardworking when you get to know her."
"That sounds wonderful." Gabriel clapped softly with a smile. Of course she would.
Not done yet, I then turned to her, taking both her hands in mine.
"I also have a request for you as well, Gabby."
"Yes?" She looked at me gently.
"Can you help me clear my friend Asia Argento's name, please?" I asked. "She's like my little sister, and I hate seeing such a devout person like her live like she's done a great evil. Please get the bigwigs to remove the label placed on her. She's innocent."
Honestly, this was mostly for symbolism, but I did plan to get Asia to join my group, and while I could just [Hypnosis] my way through everything, in the end I didn't.
Gabriel didn't hesitate.
"That is a good request. If she's a friend of Daichi's, then she should be innocent."
"Thank you." I will ignore the potential danger of the statement.
"I trust you. You have not lied to me." Gabriel smiled.
"..."
"After this is done, you should join me for some prayer and scripture reading together, Daichi!" Gabriel then hugged me tightly before vanishing into light.
Sorry, Gabby. But if I do that, I might try something else.
After Gabriel left, I could see Serafall staring at me.
"Hey, what kind of ecstasy soup did you feed her?"
"Suddenly Chinese?" My neck nearly broke with the speed I turned to face Serafall, no, Se Lafule Li Weitan of the Xidi Clan.
...Who, in turn, looked at me strangely as she huffed and puffed.
"If I feed it to you, will you not head over to Grigori and blow the place up, further causing reason for an all-out war?"
"So it is something!"
"Not exactly, but it's something similar..." I shook my head. "Here, a hug for the road."
"You better not be plotting something nefarious..." Serafall gave me a suspicious look before coming into my arm's length.
I pulled her into a light hug.
And then...
[Sensitivity Manipulator]
-tap-
I gave a light, chaste, tap on her behind.
"Eeep!"
"Something like that."
Serafall covered her bottom as she threw on a shocked look despite her flushed face.
"No way! It can't be! B-Bakana! To do such things with Gabriel, and her wings aren't darkening, and neither is her halo!"
"H-How!? I had a feeling! Is this what you plan to do to all the eligible bacherlorettes in the Underworld!?" Serafall spoke loudly. "Just you wait! I'm busy, but when this is done I'll be back to deal with you, you tanned, yellow-haired doujin-villain in the spirit!"
Serafall immediately teleported away, all the speaking incomprehensible gibberish.
Seems like she took it seriously.
And I also seem to have a knack for riling people up.
I snickered as I walked down the quiet road. I would put my hands in my pockets, but I'm wearing shorts right now.
-caw, caw!-
A smaller crow that certainly wasn't Daigo perched on my shoulder.
"Caw, Caw!"
(Evening, Boss! Found Old Fat Man! And Girl With Swords!)
Well, I'll be a horse's uncle. What has Daigo been up to that these crows are giving me updates now?
I'm also guessing that this little crow is talking about Valper and Freed...
I was almost going to follow this crow when two figures suddenly teleported in front of me.
Standing ahead of me were two very familiar figures.
"Kalwarner and Raynare... Here for me?" I smiled at them.
"Caw, caw!"
(Feather! Feather! Why do they look like that? Are these crows malformed? Are they the Boss' concubines?)
I ignored the little crow as I looked at the two.
"But seriously, we need to talk about your employment at Grigori in the foreseeable future."
