Calypso's joy was infectious. "Come," she chirped while waving her hand with a theatrical flourish. "Let me show you what this home looks like!"
Her excitement made it impossible not to follow. Luna, Aria, and Bastet trailed behind her with a mix of reluctance, curiosity, and awe.
They passed through echoing corridors lined with infernal carvings, each wall depicting scenes of ancient conquests and endless night.
Luna whistled. "Okay, this is way cooler than I expected. We're in a literal demonic castle! You could really host a final boss in here."
"Yeah, like one named the 'Infernal Matriarch'?" Calypso cooed slyly. "Now it'll house the new boss, the Paragon of Sin, his Infernal Matriarch and Valkyries… Oh, and I guess his tanned kitty will be sunbathing somewhere around here as well."
Bastet's eyes narrowed into fiery slits. This newcomer didn't know her place!
