Early in the morning, Eva Miller was startled awake by a persistent knocking on her door.
"Who is it? This is killing me!" Eva cursed as she trudged heavily towards the door.
Eva opened the door, ready to unleash her anger on whoever had woken her up, but the words got stuck in her throat when she saw the face.
"Sophie, why are you here so early?"
"Let me in," Sophie said, her face expressionless as she walked into Eva's room. Eva was baffled; Sophie usually didn't show her such a face. Who had gotten on her nerves today?
She sat on the sofa, staring blankly ahead. Eva waved a hand in front of her face.
"Oh my god, what happened to you? Say something, don't scare me."
"I was pissed off by some jerk," Sophie spat out the words.
If it weren't for his birthday, she would have had a huge argument with him.
"Some jerk?" Eva rolled her eyes, "You don't mean President Land, do you?"
Sophie didn't deny it.
"Well, if it's President Land, maybe you should consider forgiving him?"
