Sure enough, with just a little 'reminder' from him, Enzo Land and Amelia Williams were scared out of their wits, and didn't dare to utter a single word.
"Put on your clothes and come out!" Nathan Land was white with rage, ordered them without another word, and walked out. The others, in fear and submission, naturally dared not stay in that room any longer and followed the old man outside.
"Asher Land..." Upon hearing the sound of the door closing, Sophie Smith had a vague sense of foreboding.
"It's alright, you stay here quietly, I'll be back soon." He gently reassured, then got out of bed and put on his clothes.
Nathan Land waited in the hall for a long time before Asher Land reluctantly came downstairs.
