"Alexander, be good, you go out first. Mommy will be out soon, okay?" Sophie Smith gently coaxed him, holding the blanket tightly around her body, a hint of embarrassment flashing across her face.
"No, I want Uncle to explain it clearly to me." Alexander looked perfectly composed, wanting an explanation.
"Uncle is still sleeping. Can you come back a little later to find him?"
Right now, Alexander wasn't in a good mood. If Asher Land got woken up, his bad temper might flare up too. With both in bad moods, wouldn't that mean she's the one who'd suffer?
Sophie felt very aggrieved.
Alexander didn't care. He walked over to Asher Land's side and stretched out his little hand to poke his firm arm.
"Uncle, wake up!"
The man, who had a vigorous night last night, was still soundly asleep, with no reaction at all.
"Alexander, stop it. Don't wake Uncle up, okay?" Sophie hurriedly tried to stop him.
