Luke Land arrived as quickly as possible, exchanging a glance with Asher Land before directing his gaze to Eva Miller standing in the corner.
"Little Chili, come back with me."
Eva Miller said nothing, simply hiding behind Sophie Smith.
"Second brother,…" Sophie hesitated for a moment, ultimately deciding to speak up, "Can Eva stay with me tonight?"
"No." Before Luke could say anything, Asher Land interrupted.
"Asher, what are you interfering for?" Sophie pouted and gave him an annoyed glance.
No matter what, Eva refused to go back with Luke alone. There was no other choice; both Eva and Luke had to stay there for the night.
Sophie kicked Asher out of the master bedroom. Eva was in the bathroom taking a shower. Sophie waited for her a long time before she came out.
She had on only a white towel, a small strand of hair by her ear was wet, and seeing this, Sophie quickly fetched the hairdryer.
"Eva, let me dry your hair."
