After agreeing on the time and place to meet, Maya hung up the phone and continued wandering around the banquet with Liam.
The following morning, Maya and Liam woke up at the same time. Since Maya had arranged to have morning tea with Ella, she got up a bit earlier.
Each of them drove their own car. At the intersection, Liam turned left, while Maya turned right.
Twenty minutes later, Maya arrived punctually at the tea restaurant before 8 o'clock. She entered the restaurant and saw Ella had just sat down.
Immediately, she followed her.
"Ella, morning!"
"Maya, morning!" Ella greeted Maya with a bit of awkwardness, unsure of what Maya's reaction would be after giving her the evidence.
In front of the dining table, Maya was holding the menu, her mouth watering with anticipation. Despite having eaten here many times, she still loved the food.
Seeing her happy, Ella bit her lower lip, furrowing her brow, pretending to casually order while her gaze often fell on Maya.
