Dawn Sutherland drove his car to the apartment and called Daisy Grant.
Daisy came downstairs. From a distance, Dawn could see the heaviness on her face, yet as she approached him, she wore a faint smile and got into the car.
"Second brother, you're off work early today?" Daisy asked as she got in and closed the car door.
The car started moving.
Dawn smiled faintly, "Yes, there's not much going on at the company today, so I got off work early to pick you up. Have you been having fun with Candy these past few days? Candy is lively and energetic; it must have been tiring for you to accompany her out to play."
Dawn's face held a gentle smile, with eyes that sparkled with radiant hues. His raised lips were particularly striking.
Daisy smiled slightly at Dawn, shifted her gaze to the window, and spoke softly, "Second brother, you're so good with Candy; you two have a great relationship."
