"Do you have any photos of Edward when he was a child?"
After dinner, Daisy Ginger asked softly.
Lady Stephens was taken aback for a moment, looked at Daisy, and nodded, "I have an album in my room, I'll have someone bring it down."
"Thank you for the trouble," she said politely.
The album was soon brought down as per Lady Stephens' instructions.
The Stephens family is a large family, and they take a family portrait every year, so Daisy can see Edward Stephens' changes from one family portrait to another.
She even saw Edward Stephen's photo from when he was a month old.
Watching that man gradually grow from a babbling baby to a small boy, Daisy felt something subtle— as if there was a thread connecting her to Edward Stephens, and she was part of his past.
