Jiang Meili's eyes flickered, and then she chuckled softly.
"Is President Cheng trying to play matchmaker?"
Cheng Junnan laughed, his voice low and gentle, "I could!"
Jiang Meili was taken aback again, then burst into laughter.
Cheng Junnan, however, wiped the smile off his face and looked at her seriously.
"Secretary Jiang must feel unsatisfied! Or perhaps, even though that man abandoned your relationship, he's still in Secretary Jiang's heart!"
Jiang Meili wanted to refute, but the words got stuck in her throat, or perhaps every time she thought of that man, her anger and sarcasm boiled up, rendering her speechless.
Cheng Junnan looked at her and smiled slightly.
"If that man were a good man, I would definitely encourage Secretary Jiang to keep fighting for him! But clearly, he isn't a good man, so... Secretary Jiang, learn to let go!"
Jiang Meili was stunned, looked at Cheng Junnan, and suddenly laughed.
