"Wholesale?" The small shop owner was clearly surprised. She opened this yarn shop just to make a living. There's no yarn factory in S City.
The goods were sent to her by her cousin from another place. Her cousin works at a yarn factory. Taking them directly from the factory is cheaper.
"Yes, I also do business myself, needing a large quantity, one color requires a hundred pounds. Do you have that here?"
"A hundred pounds... and... one color?" The owner was clearly shocked. Her shop had just opened a month ago. There usually wasn't much business.
