Around nine o'clock, Han Xi wrapped up work with the on-duty doctor and left with Lu Jinghan.
When they stepped out of the elevator from the hospital's underground parking, Han Xi shivered from the cold.
Lu Jinghan took off his coat and draped it over Han Xi, quickening his pace a little: "Remember to dress warmer tomorrow. What if you catch a cold?"
"Why did you give me your coat? Aren't you cold?"
Lu Jinghan hugged Han Xi tightly, not giving her a chance to remove the coat: "I don't mind being a bit cold, as long as you don't freeze."
Once in the car, Han Xi hurriedly took off the coat: "Quick, put it back on."
Lu Jinghan took the coat from Han Xi with a light smile and wore it, then turned on the heater: "Feeling sorry for me now, huh?"
Han Xi cupped Lu Jinghan's slightly red ears with her small hands: "Yes, I'm worried about you. I have my own coat, why did you take yours off for me? Silly, aren't you?"
"If Mrs. Lu doesn't let go, I can't guarantee what I'll do to you."
