Lu Jinghan's mysterious eyes glanced at Zhong Li, picked up the coat on the sofa, and strode out of the reception room.
When he drove back home, Doctor Liu was already there, and Lu Jinghan didn't even have time to change shoes downstairs: "How's Xiao Xi?"
"Young master, madam is experiencing normal pregnancy symptoms, for now, it's best to avoid any medication."
Han Xi lifted the covers and got out of bed, smiling as she took Lu Jinghan's arm: "You're just too nervous, really, it's nothing."
Lu Jinghan looked at the girl with slightly reddish eyes, feeling heartbroken beyond words.
"Young master, if there's nothing else, I'll take my leave."
Lu Jinghan nodded, gesturing to Sister Zhang to see Doctor Liu out.
After the bedroom door closed, Lu Jinghan turned around and hugged Han Xi, his broad palm softly stroking her head: "You've suffered enough, after this one we won't have any more."
