A dog bark rang in her ears, and Aurora Cooper quickly got up from the sofa, walked forward to greet them, and said with a smile, "Dinner is just ready, I was about to call you."
"We've been on the way for a while, and I thought we'd be here soon," Aiden Jiang said as he came out of the bathroom.
Koa Jackson and Mia Ginger exchanged greetings as the four of them chatted and laughed while walking to the dining room.
They hadn't seen each other more than a couple of times since coming back. Knowing the two would stay overnight, Aurora was naturally overjoyed. Speaking in a gentle tone, she said a few words, drank a little wine, and then asked them with a smile, "When do you plan to have kids?"
"Cough!" Mia almost choked on her soup.
Koa quickly leaned over to help her calm down, looked at her flushed face, and said helplessly, "Take it slow, you can even choke on soup."
"My mom asked too suddenly," Mia muttered, glancing at him while sipping water.
