Gong Ruini was recently really startled by Wan Yihui.
"Why, why are you speaking English at home?" Although everyone is used to speaking Chinese at home, even in an English-speaking environment.
Suddenly hearing someone speak English at home, Gong Ruini was understandably startled and reflexively responded in English, her face full of bewilderment.
"I want to work hard to improve my English proficiency."
"Sis, I'm planning to go to the bookstore to buy some books today."
Gong Ruini murmured in response, "How did you suddenly think of doing this at home as well?"
Though it can rapidly improve Wan Yihui's English skills, Gong Ruini always felt somewhat uncomfortable with it.
Originally intending to relax at home, she didn't expect to be in another English-speaking environment.
"I already have my goal, and I have to work hard to achieve it." Wan Yihui clenched his fist, indicating his determination to start working towards it today.
