Hearing the noise, the twins turned their heads simultaneously.
Then, they jumped off the sofa.
They ran towards Adrian Davies, excitedly shouting, "Daddy!"
Adrian Davies was shocked.

How did two kids suddenly appear in the house?

Daddy?
He doesn't remember having two kids this age?
As Adrian Davies pondered over this, Benjamin Parker and Daniel Davies ran up to him.
They hugged Adrian's long legs from each side, looking up with joyful faces.
Benjamin Parker asked happily, "Daddy, you're back?"
Even Daniel Davies' frosty little face wore a rare joyful smile, "Daddy, it's great that you're okay!"
Adrian Davies frowned, looking displeased at the two little rascals clinging to his legs, "Where did you come from? Whose kids are you? How did you end up in my house?"
The thing he dislikes the most in his life, besides women, is children.
These two beings, one disgusts him, the other is simply annoying.
