"What are you thinking?"
Brandan Hyde turned his head and asked.
Iris Harris lowered her eyes and didn't answer.
"Look at me, Iris Harris."
Brandan extended his hand, gently pinching her chin, making her eyes meet his gaze.
"Tell me, Iris Harris, what are you thinking?"
There was jealousy and hidden anger in his eyes, his tone icy.
Iris Harris smiled miserably, "What I'm thinking, you should know better than I do."
"..." Brandan's expression became even darker, holding her with jealousy, he whispered through gritted teeth in her ear, "You should only think of me, not any other man!"
His domineering yet childish words made Iris Harris find it somewhat laughable.
Controlling her entire life was one thing, but trying to control her mind?
Iris Harris coldly said, "Impossible!"
