Brandan Hyde stood not far away watching, and couldn't help asking: "Are you sure he's all right?"
Alex Hawk replied, "You know how much effort it took me to bring him to your house, right? Such a tricky old man, if he didn't have skills, his shop would have been torn down long ago."
Brandan Hyde pressed his lips together, watching Iris Harris sitting there, confusingly being examined by the old man.
In his heart, he was actually quite nervous.
He wondered how he should explain to Iris Harris later.
After ten minutes or so, the old man withdrew his hand and started jotting down notes on paper with a ballpoint pen.
"Boil in water and take once a day."
He handed the paper to Alex Hawk and then swaggered out the door.
Alex Hawk held the paper and curiously asked, "Will this ensure pregnancy?"
"It's not some magical elixir," the old man shot him a look, "She's missing one ovary... I can't exactly put it back."
"Then what's the point of this?!
Alex Hawk was enraged.
