"Hehe, I heard today there's my favorite soup-filled vegetarian buns at Dining Hall 2." Lu Shishu smiled faintly, casually making up an excuse to brush it off.
"The dining hall doesn't open until six-thirty, why are you heading over now?"
Lu Shishu scratched his head awkwardly and smiled: "Dining Hall 2 is far from our dorm, so I thought I'd go early to avoid the line."
"I see! Well, hurry then!"
"Okay."
Lu Shishu jogged away dejectedly. It was still early, and there weren't many people outside. He quickly headed to the spot where he climbed the wall yesterday to find his phone and wallet. After searching around, he still couldn't find them, which made him a bit frustrated. He thought for a moment and decided to head towards the security office. But halfway there, he hesitated. Wouldn't going there be like admitting it without being questioned?
The more he thought about it, the more conflicted he became.
