Mu Lezhu was also eating with great enjoyment, fully satisfying her recently overly hungry stomach, completely ignoring Lu Jingang.
Watching her eat so delightfully, Lu Jingang had no intention of serving the ginger soup. Seeing the dishes spread out on the table, though he had already had dinner and didn't usually enjoy late-night snacks, he oddly developed an appetite and felt an urge to eat.
Just as Mu Lezhu was happily eating, she saw Lu Jingang beside her reach out and pick up the bowl of white rice opposite him, while using the other hand to start picking up food with his chopsticks.
"Aren't you not eating?" Mu Lezhu turned her gaze to him, asking with a bit of confusion and understanding.
"I suddenly felt like eating, is that not okay?" A trace of awkwardness passed over Lu Jingang's face, but he looked especially self-righteous, not at all appearing guilty.
