[3rd POV]
"I'll go first" Percy said, deciding that he might as well step up and do it, considering Annabeth and Grover both looked very hesitant about this entire situation. Neither of them were entirely sure about the idea of learning a foreign magic, so they'd let Percy learn first.
"Great! Now, stretch out your hand. The wand's core, wood, and potentially other materials will float out to you on their own. Once that happens, I'll simply need a singular drop of blood and then I can get to work" Wanda explained, as the kid nodded and slowly began to reach his hand out.
He watched in confusion as Wanda smiled and stood there. That confusion slowly changed as several boxes that Wanda had made began to float out from behind her and towards him. Each of the boxes were relatively large, and were exuding magic from them.
Some of them exuded different types of magic though. Like one had a magical aura of currents and the seas. One had the aura of majesty and the underwater wilds. The third had the aura of power and prestige, but also warmth and rebirth.
The first was a box of Driftwood, which symbolized Percy's connection to the seas, and the everchanging currents. The wood would mesh very well with his power over water, and should strengthen all forms of water based magics. Including ice magic, blood based magic, and more.
The aura of majesty was that of a Pegasus, being a Pegasus tail feather. This had obvious connections to his power over horses, with his father being the creator of them.
The third and final of the boxes was that of a Phoenix. Inside being the feather of not just a normal Phoenix, but what Wanda had described as a "Divine Phoenix" having traces of divinity throughout it. The feather was also special because it had the ashes of that same phoenix on it.
All in all? The wand would be very powerful, and perfectly suited for Percy. With it being a long wand of around 11 inches, and would be pretty flexible. The wand would be even stronger thanks to it needing to have the blood of Percy inside, and that was of course the blood of a demigod.
"Whoa...so these are the things you're going to use to make my wand?" Percy asked, as Wanda nodded.
"Mmhmm, but I still need a singular drop of blood to truly finish the process. Are you willing to let me prick your finger with a needle?" Wanda asked. Percy nodded slowly in response as she smiled, a small needle forming over his offered hand, as he flinched slightly when it pricked his finger.
The drop of blood that flowed out before it healed, was then floated over to where the three boxes, as the feather of the Phoenix, the tail feather of the Pegasus, and the driftwood. The trio watched in silence as the three began to float upwards with the blood, a beautiful blue glow illuminating the room as they were surrounded by a slightly large blue orb, which slowly began to die down, merging together to form his wand.
It was a neat little thing, being a dark blue color with intricate carvings upon it, in what looked to be Greek.
Floating over to Percy, the boy stared at the wand in silence, before looking at Wanda who smiled and nodded. He reached his hand out a moment later, and the moment he gripped the wand in his hand, a sharp gasp left him.
Power.
Completion.
That is what he felt, as around him a brilliant ocean blue glow filled the room once more, as he gripped the wand tightly, with both Annabeth and Grover watching with wide shocked eyes.
"Amazing..." Percy said in awe, as he held it tightly in his grasp.
"I'm glad you like it, Percy. I'd suggest you don't use that just yet until you learn a bit about wand movements and spells. The section is over on your left underneath wand magic" Wanda suggested to the boy, knowing better than to allow him to move that wand.
That and it would be better for him to find out just how strong it was on his own time.
Percy didn't even hesitate to go over to the section, but not before giving her a grateful thank you.

Grover came next. His hesitation had bled away as he saw his friend claim his wand without any problems, nor any hesitation.
The wand that he had gotten had been a relatively yielding 10 inch wand. With the wands core being royal centaur tail hair, dryad hair, and hazel wood. The wands connection to him had caused some of the nearby plants to sprout more, and seem livelier.
He had quickly joined his friend without hesitation as he felt the power of his new wand.
Then came Annabeth.
She was the most suspicious of the entire thing, but ended up doing it either way upon seeing both of her friends doing it.
She had a 12 and a half inch wand. With it's wood being that of beechwood. While it's cores was that of a royal Basilisk, and dragon heartstring. The wand was pretty damn strong, not on the same level as Percy's due to it's nature, but definitely a close second.
Grovers was the weakest because it was not made for battle or anything even remotely similar. And was instead far more in line with his love for nature, and his intricate connection to nature itself. Each of them were perfect, and even Annabeth could not complain about her new wand.
It was just so...perfect. So strong.
Strong enough that even the Gods might be interested in the wands and making their own divine versions. As it would be a foci even for them, as long as it was made of divine materials strong enough to withstand their power. The power boost itself would mostly be on the magical side of things, as well as aiding them in control over minor aspects of their power, not the big side of things.
Whereas their divine weapons would more so focus on strengthening their direct destructive power more than anything, as well as stronger aspects of their power.
But with the small side of things, it would help someone like Poseidon control poisons, blood, and other small liquids that he could control before, better than he could before.
Wanda knew that Annabeth would likely inform Chiron about the fact that she made items that could strengthen the Gods themselves, but that was not a problem to her. They'd be able to buy them if they wanted, but only with some serious payment.
Wanda actually had her own wand, but she had never really felt the need to use it. And it was made of a lot of things. Mostly divine and cosmic beasts that were very hard to come by, and were in tune with her soul and her personal nature.
Wanda had also created similar wands for her children, finding that it was best to give it to them. Since they would need it to strengthen their control over their magic, and would help them massively in terms of learning magic.
She found that the wands that she had created were usable with all forms of magic, making them far superior to the wands from Harry Potter. This meant that any magic user would likely want one, as it had no negative side effects of it's usage. As long as the user learns to use magic without the wand, of course.
The wands she created were also next to impossible to destroy, meaning they were even better. Basically the ultimate weapon that would forever grow and become better. With the intrinsic ability to grow alongside the user, meaning that Percy's wand would likely become incredibly powerful thanks to how fast he grows in power over the next few years.
After another thirty minutes or so, the trio had returned with three large stacks of books in their hands, ready to buy out the books needed on wand based magic. Annabeth placed her drachma on the table with a smile on her face, very excited to read through these new books.
"Do you three need bags?" Wanda asked, as they shook their heads.
"No thank you ma'am, we aren't that far from our cabins so we can just return them there" Percy said, as Wanda nodded and took the payment without complaint.
With that, the trio soon left after giving her a thank you, and as Wanda watched them leave, she had only one thought on her mind.
'Now it's time to connect to Danmachi!'
