Those of you who have read One Piece Transmigration fanfiction have surely seen movie characters like Shiki, Zephyr, Gild Tesoro, Douglas Bullet and Uta adapted, and maybe even, just maybe, the famous non-canonical villain from the Unlimited World Red video game, Patrick Redfield.
However, despite being non-canonical characters, these fanfictions include them solely because they belong to the "established" One Piece films. That is, the films made when the franchise established its foundations, internal logic, and overall world-building, abandoning the simple, fantastical themes used primarily for entertainment in the earlier films and focusing on producing more serious stories that could connect with the rest of the world.
While many fanfictions include these kind of movies, those that include the rest could be counted on one hand, and unfortunately, these fanfics that include all the movies (and sometimes even material only seen in anime episodes) tend to be of pretty poor quality. That's why I decided to try creating a fanfiction that included everything.
To give you an idea of everything that goes unused, here is a list of all the non-canonical things I'm interested in including in the fanfic (although I haven't quite figured out what I'll include from those works and how I'll include it yet). I hope it makes you reflect on the immense magnitude of One Piece.
