Slowly, XinXin opened his eyes after hearing the chirping of birds singing happily by the window. He stretched his body. He turned to face JiaJia who was still sleeping soundly by his side. Slowly his lips carved a satisfied smile. "You are mine now." XinXin touch the tip of JiaJia's nose gently.
"Mnnn..."
JiaJia rubbed his itchy nose and turned his back to XinXin. He went back to sleep soundly. XinXin smiled before he hugged JiaJia's body tightly.
"Let's sleep a little longer. Today is Sunday after all."
XinXin whispered as he closed his eyes again.
Meanwhile on the verandah, their juniors sat leisurely enjoying breakfast like old folks gossiping about their neighbours.
"Isn't that Shu Xin?"
Yaya asked, trying to stir up gossip.
"Where?"
Everyone turned in the direction Yaya was pointing. It looked like Shu Xin, one of their juniors who lived in the dorm next door, was meeting someone.
"I think I've seen that man before. But where?"
WenWen said while trying to recall his past memories. Everyone else does the same thing. Trying their best to remember who the man was. It felt like there was something annoying about the man in their memories.
"Ah! I remember. The traitor!"
XiangXiang replied enthusiastically as he snapped his fingers.
"That's right.."
They answered in unison and then turned their attention back to that man.
"But what is his relationship with Shu Xin?"
Everyone turned their attention to YuanYuan's face.
"Good question... what is their relationship...?"
All attention returned to Shu Xin and that man.
Their mouths dropped open as soon as they saw the man gently caressing Shu Xin's hair before he pinched his nose.
"What are you looking at?"
"Arghhhh!!!!!!"
Their screams shook the entire world after XinXin suddenly appeared behind them. Their screams also startled Shu Xin and the man. Both of them quickly turned towards them.
XinXin was amazed when he saw the man. The same with the man. Slowly the man approached them, followed by Shu Xin.
"So you live here?"
The man asked without the slightest of shame.
"I've lived here for a long time. What are you doing here?"
XinXin replied as he sat down.
"Oh, this is my younger brother. Today I met him to give him food supplies from my mother."
XinXin was silent. His eyes looked directly at Shen Yi's face. His anger is still there.
"Aren't you going to invite me in?"
Shen Yi asked. He felt this was his chance to talk to XinXin.
"Err...sorry. Please read this."
Yaya interrupted, as he pointing to the note stuck to the front door of their house.
TRAITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING.
All eyes were focused on the note Yaya was referring to.
"Since when has that note been there?" XinXin glared at Yaya. Yaya glanced at the wall while looking up arrogantly. He didn't dare to look at XinXin.
"Errr... may I know who the traitor is?"
Shu Xin asked. His face began to look uncomfortable.
"Of course your broffff..."
YuanYuan quickly covered Yaya's mouth from continuing to speak. Afraid that if he succeeded with his words, it would make Shu Xin feel even more uncomfortable in the future.
"Your big bro kids."
But they forgot that there was another devil-like person among them. LinLin carved a sarcastic smile at the corner of his lips as he stared at Shen Yi's face. Even the slightest sense of guilt was not on that face.
Yaya clapped his hands happily. "Good job bro." YuanYuan let out a heavy sigh. The others could only pat their foreheads. It was all over. Their relationship with Shu Xin will become more awkward in the future for sure.
Shu Xin stared deeply into Shen Yi's face. Wanting answers to what was happening. Who did Shen Yi betray? Why? How? And is that the reason he was forced to study at this school?
"This is between me and XinXin. You all have no right to interfere!"
Shen Yi replied in a firm tone.
"You say I have no rights? After you forced me to study here, you say I have no rights?"
Shu Xin asked angrily as he poked ShenYi's firm chest. His eyes widened as he stared at his brother's face. He really feels betrayed now. It feels like his brother is just using him to get closer to XinXin. He began to feel guilty towards the others. How should he deal with others and what will they think and treat him after this?
"Shu Xin.. It's not like that. Trust me."
Shen Yi tried to rectify the situation as his eyes glared at Yaya and LinLin. "This is all because of you two. You talk like you know everything. But you don't know the real situation. Even XinXin doesn't judge me like you all do."
"I wonder why it's so noisy this morning. So, is it because of you?"
JiaJia's voice suddenly appeared. Hearing that voice, XinXin quickly turned around. He got up and went to JiaJia and carried him to the seat and helped him sit down.
"Slowly."
XinXin's voice was soft. His smile was bright. Brighter than the rising sun on the eastern horizon. "They really did it last night." WenWen smiled faintly.
"Shu Xin, have you had breakfast?"
JiaJia asked softly. Shu Xin nodded. Getting good treatment from JiaJia even after what happened made him feel even more guilty.
"And you?"
JiaJia asked Shen Yi. Shen Yi shook his head.
"In that case, let's have breakfast together. Shu Xin, please have breakfast again together. Yaya, get plates and cups for our guests."
JiaJia gave the order. Yaya tried to object but after seeing JiaJia's death glare, his intention stopped there. While stomping his feet as a sign of protest, Yaya agrees with JiaJia's instructions. "I did all this to protect you. Why am I the one being blamed.."
"LinLin, tear that down. Stop being childish."
LinLin had to agree. With a mouth that was as squawking as a duck's, LinLin tore up the notice that Yaya had just pasted. "Why would he treat that traitor so well? He should just burn him to death. How annoying!"
"Don't be shy, both of you. Let's sit down and have breakfast together."
Shu Xin glared sharply at Shen Yi before entering and sitting next to JiaJia. He smiled bitterly.
"Even though this is an unsolicited meeting, you two are our guests. Sorry for the bad treatment earlier. They were just too sincere in their hearts. Don't blame them for their childish behavior."
As usual, JiaJia with his killer punchline. His smile was warm but his language was sharp and frozen like an iceberg. He seems open-minded, but in reality he is too much like a dungeon with many deadly traps.
Shen Yi could only remain silent. Unable to fight JiaJia's sharp tongue. He never win anyways.
Shen Yi gaze at XinXin. It seemed that XinXin was only giving his full attention to JiaJia. He didn't pay the slightest attention to him who was sitting right in front of him. The others also only focused on Shu Xin. Treating him like a real guest. Meanwhile, he was really treated like an alien who came uninvited.
