AN: shorter chapter this week I am having fun working on my second story but I wanted to get a chapter out this week for you all.

Over the last two days I have been studying the mask trapped in the card. It seems like it was nothing more than a large amount of dark magic. "Well, I guess I found my power source for the revival spell," I said out loud as Hugin came flying into the chamber. "Jason, that vampire that you were waiting for has arrived and set up a castle near the lake," she said before waving for me to follow.
After a few minutes of walking, we arrived at the drawbridge of the castle. "Would you kindly go and inform her I am here to have a meeting with her?" I asked Hugin, who simply responded with a nod before flying into the castle. A minute later, the gate started to lower with Hugin flying back to guide me to where Camula was located. Arriving in the chamber room, she was sitting in a lounge chair drinking a glass of blood.
"Oh, so you are the human who wanted to meet me. Did you come to challenge me like some of the others, or are you simply an admirer?" she said with a teasing tone. "I was never a human, but I came to make a deal with you—one that you will want to hear. I said, dispelling the illusion spell I had on and pulling out the staff from my jacket. "What a demon! How is that possible? I thought you all were gone from the human world? "What is this deal you wish to make?" she asked, surprised.
"The deal is basic. I will help you resurrect the vampires in exchange for you all to help me with guiding humanity away from a worldwide extinction in about 10 years, along with helping me get humankind to accept the other supernatural species like the elves and psychic humans instead of trying to kill or abuse them." I said using some magic to show what happened in the timeline of the mechlords.
"So you plan on helping me collect the souls I need but you want me to spare the species that brought mine to extinction!" she said in anger. "Not quite. I have a better way to bring species back to you, and it even increases your power. Just to say, your plan would never have worked; that spell would have killed you if I hadn't come here, and the person who found you lied; he is just using you and the other shadow riders to gain immortality. And it would have killed you to get out of his way; the sacred beasts can't bring the dead back to life." I said, showing her the page in the book of life with the spells to make her a vampire progenitor along with the spell to resurrect the dead vampires. "These spells were made by the goddess who created the vampires and were in this book the whole time. So when can we start?" she asked.
"We can start once we gather a few more cores or use the souls you already have. Just come with me to my hideout and get rid of the castle that is drawing too much attention. We can set up everything once we get there." I said this as I put the book away and opened the window so we could both fly out to the temple.
As we both began to fly towards the temple, I could see Crowler. Demanding a duel outside the castle as it began to sink into the ground. After a minute of flying, we both arrived at the temple. "So before we set up the spells, we need to seal the deal by both agreeing to it while wrapping this chain around our hands. Once we do that, the deal will be sealed, and neither of us can break it," I said, pulling out Gleipnir.
"I will help you become a vampire progenitor, and I will also bring the other vampires back to life. I swear I will never harm you or them, and you and the other vampires cannot harm me or my family. Together, we will help humans accept the other supernatural species and prevent them from wiping themselves out and other species," I said. "I agree to all those terms!" she said in excitement. This caused Gleipnir to glow a bright golden color and left marks on both of our hands.
"Now that we have that out of the way, let us start making the spell circle with this chalk while you mix the ingredients I prepared earlier in that bowl over there. Make sure you do it in a dark place for the best results." I said with a smile as we both started the preparations for the spells.
