Mrs. Song had her own little plan in mind. She thought that since Old Mrs. Song was moving out of that house, leaving it empty would be a waste. She suggested that the second son talk it over with Old Mrs. Song.
It would be better to let them live there. She had long since taken a liking to Old Mrs. Song's house. It was very spacious, with three bedrooms and two living rooms, and it was kept extremely clean and tidy.
The important thing was that it was right across from where her own son lived.
Even though she wasn't particularly fond of her granddaughter, being able to see her son and granddaughter every day was a pleasant thought.
