Chapter 96 - Krows awakening chapter 96

Krows awakening Chapter 96

Slowly, he opened his eyes to the world around him.

As Krow took a deep breathe he inhaled "ooogh" and exhaled "agghhh"

Before he even knew it, he was breathing rhythmically as he slowly opened his eyes.

Before his eyes could even fully open he noticed the smell.

A nice pungent, rainy, damp, watery smells like a fresh spring day after it had just rained, and the grass was growing outside.

The smell alone evaporated deep inside his nostrils and reminded him of his younger days as a kid back to simpler times before everything went wrong.

The next thing he noticed before he could even fully open his eyes was the sounds around him.

The sounds of multiple birds in the air flying around and chirping "chirp" "chirp" "chirp" "chirp". There were multiple species, it was clear, and they had a different range of pitches to their voice.

Those along with the footsteps and nut biting of what he could only assume were squirrels as they frantically moved around the direction towards his ear on the ground. The sound of them biting on acorns ran rampant in Krows mind as he could already visualize it before seeing it.

The most surprising of it all though was the feeling the touch he felt.

The touch of the warm summer breeze like grass beneath his fingertips as he gently swayed them through the grass back and forth as he began to fully open his eyes.

This only made him think utterly even more of his childhood and the things he previously had before it was all stricken away from him.

The sensations and touch of the grass itself was something unique s pretty much all plant life's were gone in the human realm with the very few and far between in the outskirts away from the human city.

These things gave Krow a strange sense of nostalgia entirely, honestly filling him with it but also a tad bit of joy that he totally needed.

He was now beginning to open them at this point. He was fully opening his eyes to the outside world in front of him, taking in all the scenery at once wholeheartedly.

He could see the birds of different flocks and colors and colored beaks and the squirrels with nuts in their mouths some thinner some thicker and some with different variation of tails and sizes

He noticed the moist dirt on the ground immediately as he tried to get up with his shoes barely on his feet as he arranged to stand once again.

He could now realize where he truly was before him.

He was on the elf continent.

As to where he was on it or what section or part of it this is he had legitimately no clue, but he did know he was now on it.

He remembered the smell of it from travelling once here before as a child.

He began to look around more, noticing how deeply dark everything was in color.

Everything was a dark green or a mud brown or a pitch black all the leaves, the trees an ugly grey color as if they were borderline withered away.

He noticed immediately just how big the branches were on the trees and just how tall the trees were the trees themselves must be at least five times the size of a regular human tree Krow thought to himself.

He noticed the multiple types of insects constantly flying around as the sun was about to start to set, he noticed the bees in the air looking for what he assumed was flowers and the beetles on the ground.

Even the worms from the moist dirt he had felt before.

If one thing was clear to him, it was that the elf continent was very much alive and thriving with nature, perhaps even seeing nature as itself.

Among the many trees seen all in his eyes and above him he noticed the many shrubs and berry's all on the ground although many looked poisonous.

Some with dark red color and some with dark blue color on what looked like ferns or plants that Krow himself did not know the name of.

All of it only made him appreciate the world around him more.

He noticed the fact that his shoe left an imprint in the wet dirt showing how alive he really is in this place that his presence would stay.

He did although notice while it was nice and nature filled it was still dark and gloomy as there were no sunshine or happy clouds above in the sky.

He noticed the droplets of the rainfall slowly soaked unto his skin, and the raindrops collected on multiple types of leaves in the area.

The soothing sound of the air in the night sky as he could only think to himself of how reminiscent he was.

He looked and saw mushrooms of a variety of colors mainly red with white dots and a pungent smell to them all around him too as big as a house.

With roots that went deep into the ground showing just how deep the actual mushroom plants supported the area

When he looked all around there were huge trees and huge plants with several animals that looked like he wanted to eat them, or they wanted to eat him.

He noticed the snakes in the trees along with the evil looking orangutangs that just stared at him as he began to take steps through the forest.

The snakes with exotic colors, nothing like snakes he had seen before, what looked like vitiligo or even tri bright neon-colored snakes flooded the trees and surrounding areas.

The orangutangs while orange looked way more huge and full of muscles looking as if a single hit from one of them could knock Krow completely out and even injure him.

These strange looking strong animals along with the fact it was so brazenly dark and gloomy atmosphere only made him think he didn't end up exactly in the best part of the elf continent and he probably needed to get out of this place for his safety.

He once again looked up at the sky just to make sure he was seeing right and he was it was filled with nothing but darkness and flying bats and birds huge enough to take a chunk out of his arm.

Realistically Krow knew the best thing to do to find shelter and hide for the night.

That's when he heard it near him

'Hey! Over here! Look here! Hey silly, you're missing me I'm right here dummy! Look! "Said a voice and before Krow could be on guard and he tried to figure out where it was right in front of his eyes more like in-between his eyes.

It was a fairy something he had not seen before.

Something that completely startled him.

It was a new experience to say the least and here it was in front of his eyes.

Just where could his life go from here.
