Luo Chao gave it a quick glance, his eyes lighting up. These documents recorded Golden Dragon's drug dealings, strong evidence of murders and arson, as well as transactions and bribery records with Li Tanghai. There was also a tape recording of conversations with Li Tanghai.
Golden Dragon had saved the recording to guard against Li Tanghai turning against him, using it as leverage against the chief of police. Unexpectedly, it ended up implicating Li Tanghai.
