Early in the morning, there was a document on Yao Zheng's desk, the contents of which nearly made him lose his balance. Had it really wiped out people overnight like this? Unable to believe it, he opened it again, and only after confirming did he slowly place it back on the desk.
"Who put this document on my desk?"
"It was me! Received first thing in the morning." The secretary, seeing Yao Zheng with a stern face, looked blankly at him, unaware of the contents of the package.
"Have you read what's inside?"
"The package was specifically addressed to be received by you personally, so I didn't open it."
"You may leave." Yao Zheng waved to the new secretary, feeling utterly unable to calm his heart at the moment.

"Is there anything else?"
"The City Committee called early, requesting you be at the City Committee Building by one in the afternoon."
