When Lin Mu returned to the city, the sky had already cleared. The scorching sun eagerly broke through the clouds, and the not-at-all wet ground dried in no time, showing no trace of water. Steaming hot, Lin Mu broke into a sweat, feeling even more frustrated. However, this frustration didn't last long, as it was wiped away by a call from Song Yanan.
Liu Xin'Er had something come up and took a leave.
Song Yanan went to the company to work overtime, and on the weekend, the villa only had Sophie alone.
Lin Mu immediately became excited, feeling that this was a rare opportunity.
He ran to the supermarket, bought a bunch of groceries, and quickly returned to the villa. As expected, the homebody talented beauty CEO did not go out to eat alone. When Lin Mu came in, she had just poured hot water into a cup of braised beef instant noodles and was sitting, dazed, staring blankly at the ceiling.
