General Hawan and White Whale appeared harmonious, laughing without a hint of discord, at least, on the surface.
But deep down, White Whale harbored murderous intent towards General Hawan, it's just not the right time to act yet.

Hawk didn't allow it, but White Whale planned to act first and report later, and once the established facts were there, Hawk would have no choice but to accept it.
General Hawan couldn't fathom White Whale's intentions. Given his understanding of Hawk, he naturally wouldn't pursue Black Shark's death, as long as the friendship and mutual benefits remained intact, everything would remain peaceful.
