Chairman of Zhongwei, Xu Guojun, personally came to Huaxin Company, and was received personally by Huaxin's Chairman, Zhang Jing.

Xu Guojun's concern was not unfounded. He knew Huaxin's technology needed imports. Now Huaxin claims to have achieved a technological breakthrough and no longer relies on foreign imports.
