Just as Zhuang Jun predicted, the official document on the great reform of the medical industry prompted immediate action from the Xièzhì Oversight Department the day after its issuance.
The Xièzhì Department is the oversight body directly responsible to Mr. Spirit Crows, under the alias of Yang Fan.
Originally just a Xièzhì "Office," the organization subtly upgraded to the Xièzhì "Department" as Mr. Spirit Crows rose to power, initiating a series of changes within Great Xia, although the media did not report this transition.
Currently, the Xièzhì Department is rapidly expanding its workforce, with projections that staff numbers will increase tenfold within half a year.
This number alone indicates the changing winds.
Nowadays, more and more people have begun secretly referring to the Xièzhì Department as the "Beasts Department."
Due to the mythical Xièzhì in Great Xia's ancient folklore being a divine beast covered in thick black fur, the Xièzhì Department's uniforms are black.
