"Of course." Surya looked at the heavy snow outside the window, the gentle and charming female knight leaned compliantly against Laine's chest: "Laine, I always feel that your behavior today was a bit strange; you seem to be purposely distancing yourself from Lady Aurora."
"How did I distance myself from her? I led my men to welcome her outside the winery and even applauded." Laine said with a smile, holding his wife.
"That's not what I mean, you followed all the proper etiquette. I meant that if it's really like I understand, you have known Female Elder Aurora for over ten years, yet today you acted like you were just a guest who'd met her a few times, the sense of distance was quite apparent." Surya took the chance to ask about the issue she was concerned about.
"I did it intentionally." Laine's fingers glided over the curly ends of Surya's golden hair.
