In the Throne Hall, the conversation between Magnus and the Emperor continued.
"Her power seems to hold some significant assistance for the creation of the Grey Knights." The Emperor's voice carried a hint of doubt: "The power of that Alien God is very peculiar, I suspect... you know of the Fall of the Eldar."
"You mean?!" Magnus's eyes widened suddenly upon hearing the words "the Fall of the Eldar."
Though the Primarch of the Thousand Sons was foolish in many ways, it was undeniable that he was also a figure of vast knowledge, like a professor, and he suddenly realized something: "It seems you've found a treasure?"
"Not necessarily, but at least there's no harm. My conversation with Silegau is based on this." The Emperor did not elaborate further, nor did Magnus; some things were left unsaid.
