Cynthia admitted openly, "But I can teach them about magical creatures."
"And then develop them into your followers?"
Maka saw through Cynthia's little scheme at a glance. She was the most eager to develop followers among everyone, following the principle of 'the more, the merrier,' many hunters and even townspeople became her followers. Their age range was the widest, as Maka had heard of several elderly over seventy being coaxed by Cynthia to 'explore nature.'
This stemmed from Cynthia's philosophy.
She believed that one's power is limited. Even for her, it was impossible to travel every corner of this world and find every species that existed. That's why she needed help.
A lot, a lot of help, to help her explore the world and share their hunting experiences and knowledge.
