Upon hearing this, Waku rubbed his eyes and looked around, making sure there was nothing unusual before turning his head to look at Kavala.
"Are you sure you didn't feel it wrong? Could it be you're just too tired?"
Kavala glanced at him: "I didn't feel it wrong, and I just took a nap before coming here."
Waku nodded, then frowned, displaying a slight hint of alertness as he looked around.
Trying to sense the strange feeling Kavala mentioned, although Kavala seemed unreliable. As a teammate, Waku clearly understood that his companion wouldn't joke in such a place.
Now was definitely not the time to joke around.
After a brief inspection, Waku remained frozen in place with his mecha, seemingly contemplating something.
"What are you thinking about? It might just be my illusion; look here, it's barren with no signs at all."
Just after she spoke, she felt a chill coming from behind her.
