For example, say the place where the Treasure is located is the lair of some beast, and it takes someone at Second Stage to kill that beast.
Then the Difficulty of obtaining this Treasure will be marked as Hunter (Second Stage) like that.
But if the area where the Treasure is located is a large region, and there might be danger within that large region, then the Treasure won't list a final Difficulty.
Because if your luck's good and you're not that unlucky, you can find it without alarming any monsters or running into danger.
